The same marked size fits differently across brands, and often across models within a brand, because they're built on different lasts. Shoppers carry that doubt to checkout: they order two sizes and return one, or they don't order at all.
OUR SOLUTION
Matchup replaces the guess with a measurement (and doesn't stop at a verdict). A phone scan measures the foot in millimeters, then shows how each size would feel, snug to roomy, so the customer picks the one that feels right. Confidence goes up at checkout; returns come down after.
